Version of this project
Characterized by modern lines and burnt larch cladding planks, the building is part of a redevelopment project of the troubled former Cosbau.
The new structure is made entirely of wood, in alignment with the company philosophy and practice of sustainability. The building uses the existing fabric, and both incorporate and hides the former less attractive parts of the building).
The project, overseen by the Alpenos team, has developed offices and multi-functional spaces spread over the 1 000 m² of the two raised floors and an 800 m² warehouse.
The redevelopment intervention has not only aesthetic value, by recovering part of the area, but has set important sustainability and energy efficiency objectives in line with ARCA and CasaClima protocol.
The building achieved both certifications (ARCA SILVER, CasaClima TO NATURE).
By design, the building is fully OPEN and accessible to people with disabilities.
