Version of this project
All the advantages of wood were exploited on this building project in Rottenburg, Germany. Thanks to the high level of prefabrication of CLT solid wood elements by Stora Enso, it was possible to build energy-efficient and high quality office spaces in an extremely short construction time. The building material, wood, also makes a huge contribution to climate protection. A total of 170 m³ of industrial visible quality CLT by Stora Enso was used to build this office building. This building project was awarded the “Timber Construction Award Baden-Württemberg 2015” in recognition of the perfect planning and attention given to the material, wood.
