Version of this project
Expansion of two floors in height of the existing hotel "Reimar" in front of the beach in a town on the Costa Brava in Spain.
The CLT by Stora Enso provided lightness in the solution as well as rapidity of construction.
A total of 490 m³ CLT by Stora Enso in non visible quality (NVI) and industrial visible quality (INV) was used for this heightening project.
