TreeLodgy, a tree house hotel firmly anchored in the ground but a few meters high between the trees. The habitable part has an area of ​​50 square meters on a single three-meter high area up from the ground level.

The east entrance is reached by a staircase that climbs among the plants: the rooms and the terrace with the whirlpool tub facing south. The bathroom, which houses a sauna for exclusive use, is located to the north.

Except for the base, created for obvious reasons in reinforced concrete, the whole construction was built using X-Lam panels; the external insulation is in mineral wool. The exterior cladding is made from larch wood planks with engineered tongue-and-grooves.

The building is equipped with a heat pump heating /cooling system with an air system on the floor and partly on the wall, while the home automation electrical system allows optimal management of the rooms. The careful selection of materials, colours and refined finishes are functional and add to a unique and memorable stay experience.

The south gutter is made with lamellar beams buffered at the bottom with a multilayer larch panel while all the systems, including the machines, are located between the floor and the metal structure and are completely hidden by a multilayer larch infill.

This solution minimizes the impact on the internal environment, significantly improving its habitability; the package created on the first floor above the x-lam ceiling is dry and small in size. The roof has exposed X-Lam and the ducts for the lighting system have been laid in the insulating layer so as not to impact the aesthetic look.
