Set amid the emerald-green shores of Italy’s Lake Garda stands Hotel Bellariva. The four-star, hotel, built entirely of CLT, was completed in just six months! The challenge was to erect a 40-room structure on four floors to luxury standards while meeting exacting energy efficiency requirements within a limited schedule. After the project launch in December 2016, construction was completed in May 2017. Stora Enso supplied a total of 380 m³ of CLT that was integrated throughout the structure in the hotel structure.
