This outstanding guest house‘s extension was built close to the Czech-Austrian border in 2021.

Exposed Sylva™ by Stora Enso CLT Walls, Floors and Roofs, used for the load-bearing structure, give the interior a pleasant appearance and together with the surrounding nature creating the perfect conditions for relaxation. 

The roof structure intelligently takes advantage of CLT's structural capacity potential, enabling clear open space without additional support.

The ground floor of the two-storey building consists of a reception with a spacious dining room and kitchen area. On the first floor, there is a multifunctional hall. There is also a day room for staff and a guest bathroom.
