Version of this project
The health project on the Klapgat site in the center of Haacht (Belgium) is characterized by the usage of CLT massive wood elements by Stora Enso. All 48 assisted living apartments and the own group home are built on the highest standards. Also the care complex, with a local service center on the ground floor, was exclusively built with CLT by Stora Enso. Wood as construction material ensures a fast and easy construction and contributes to a better indoor climate. This project was completed in 2020, altogether the complex comprises 4 500 m².
