The two wooden residential blocks Porsen 1 in Nyköping (Sweden) were manufactured and assembled by company Sizes. All 152 apartments (corresponding to approximately 8 300 m² gross floor area GFA) were built to the highest standards and have been completed in 2019. CLT by Stora Enso was used for one of the two buildings with 63 apartments on 3 979 m².
