The residential buildings Barret in Sweden are characterized by the usage of CLT-massive wood elements. The buildings vary in height between three and four floors and accommodate a total of 32 rental apartments. The developer decided to use wood as construction material because of its major environmental benefits and cost-effectiveness. A total of 1 226 m³ CLT by Stora Enso was used for this construction project.
