Version of this project
The commercial and residential mixed-use building in Madrid, Spain is characterized by the usage of CLT-massive wood elements by Stora Enso. The building house a furniture store, so the structure itself was designed to the aesthetics of furniture. In addition to the positive environmental effects the CLT massive wood elements create a comfortable working atmosphere for the employees. The completion of the project was in 2019, altogether the residential building comprises 500 m².
