The Via Cenni project – Italy’s tallest CLT multi-storey building complex – stands in Via Cenni in Milan. The complex comprises four buildings, each with nine stories, and 124 apartments of between 50 und 100 m³. All apartments are built to the highest standards and have been completed in October 2013. Large sections of the site have been planted with vegetation and trees.
