Version of this project
The buildings were built using a hybrid construction method, with load-bearing internal and external walls made of solid CLT wood and prefabricated reinforced concrete ceilings.
The construction used 812 m³ of CLT Walls by Stora Enso. The project is in Class 5 of the German building regulations and has a horizontal wooden facade made from Douglas fir with a protective sealant. By applying the German energy standard EnEV 2016, the residential building met the thermal insulation requirements of the time.
