The design's ingenuity is reflected in the fluidity of the circulation spaces and the multiplicity of storage facilities, with built-in wardrobes and easily accessible storerooms near the entrance halls.     

The scheme forms an aesthetic link between the eco-district and the historic Rueil suburbs of Paris with a carefully designed range of volumes. The residence offers living, both in the city and in the leafy neighborhoods.

On the ground level, the ground floor is home to duplex apartments extended by open-air gardens, reminiscent of townhouses. The middle floors feature generous outdoor spaces, balconies or terraces, most of them south-facing, with views over the landscaped areas of the residence and the Jacques Chirac Park that borders it.

The upper floors add to this panorama, with the skyline of Greater Paris as a backdrop. Stellata combines natural materials, such as stone on the base and wood on the underside of the balconies.

The timber-framed construction made from a Sylva™ kit of parts gives the building a thick structural quality, which, in addition to its climatic virtues, gives it a warm appearance and creates a noble filter between the interior homes and the outside.
