A residential construction project with a total of nine apartments is currently being built in Kuchl in solid wood construction using CLT by Stora Enso.The project deliberately focuses on timber, a sustainable raw material, as it promotes a healthy indoor climate and gives the building warmth due to the partially visible surfaces. After only one year of construction – the timber elements only take 10 days to erect – the handover will be at the end of October 2017. A total of 370 m³ of CLT by Stora Enso will be used in this project.
