The complex, which comprises five two-storey building structures with a total of 29 accommodation units, is set in the centre of an extensive green area with its own natural habitat. It was completed in 2011. The buildings’ supporting structure was built using CLT by Stora Enso construction methods with solid wood ceilings and walls.
