Eight one bedroom wooden apartments designed for limited mobility using an innovative modular build system that combines CLT by Stora Enso with blown wood fibre insulation. The new homes exceed technical requirements for acoustics and achieve almost passivhaus standards for airtightness at 0.7m3/ m2.h@50Pa. MVHR and rooftop photovoltaics with a feed-in provides approximately 1.5 KW at any time which has resulted in an EPC projection for a 3 year energy cost of £723, or £20 per month.
