The building is situated on the northern coast of the lake Balaton with a marvellous panorama of the lake. The building is a clear CLT construction with visible quality surfaces. Its structural speciality is the 4,30 m cantilever canopy with GL and steel elements.

The site is quite difficult to acess, so the panels had to be tranship from the truck to a smaller truck loader crane.
