Version of this project
The family dwelling - Moritz House in Melbourne, Australia was renovated with LVL massive wood by Stora Enso in 2018. It was the renovation of a Victorian era workers' cottage including horizontal and vertical extension. Altogether, the project comprises 220 m². The modern construction material has an extremely welcome side effect: on this long and narrow construction site, the installation of the LVL elements took only 2.5 days by three carpenters.
