Two town houses and two residential 5 and 6 storey blocks built on the west side of a tight urban plot in Battersea. The two blocks provide 102 1-3 bedroom apartments with projecting and recessed steel balconies overlooking a central communal garden which is shared with two new buildings for the neighbouring St John Bosco College. Two townhouses which formed part of the developent were designed to zero Carbon Level 5 standard, extremely sustainible energy usage.
